will this product keep a charge even after recharging an iPad? Or does the power run all the way down?

    Depends on which iPad but as far as other reviews I've seen the second generation iPad with use about half on a full charge from dead, but the third generation will use the whole pack up and won't completly charge (from dead). If you need more info you can go to the mophie website and contact them.
