advantages of mountain lion over snow leopard

i'm debating over whether to upgrade to the latest software and would like to get some ideas as to if this is a smart thing to do and if it's worth the trouble?

    Lets just take a look...
    It's smart.
    It's newer.
    It's better.
    It consumes less resources nor than Snow Leopard.
    It has a brand new notification center integrated with Twitter and Facebook.
    It has brand new AirDrop right on your Finder to send/receive files from nearby other Macs.
    It has Mission Control & Launchpad.
    It has built in with App Store.
    and it goes on and on...

    It just worths it. ;)
