Can I transmit to 4 Apple TV units from one iPad simultaneously?

I have an iPad 3 and I would like to know if I can transmit video I am taking on my iPad to 4 Apple TV units connected to 4 different TV sets?

Also, although 2 TVs have HDMI connectors built in, I would like to connect 2 Apple TV units to 2 TVs using an HDMI to SCART connector.

    No actually ... It only gives the option to use one at a time when checking it off on the airplay icon on whichever iOS device you are currently using. I tried it myself.
