can i get the internet through my apple tv
i am trying to get the google app for my apple tv can i do this and how?

The only way to do that would be to use mirroring from your iPhone or iPad to the Apple TV. just go to the Settings menu, and make sure home sharing is enabled under airplay on apple tv.then choose apple tv from the options on your device (iphone/ipad) and turn on mirroring. It's actually a really cool feature. Because absolutely anything you see on your iPad and/or iPhone screen will be displayed on your TV. Whether you're zooming in or not, playing a game, surfing the web, etc. though you May notice a slight delay in streaming .

Depends what you mean by internet. Is does connect to many video and photo streaming websites like Youtube and Flickr but won't let you just go cruising on Google or facebook
