    Dr. Dre Monster Beats are Excellent

    This product has brilliant audio quality . I'm fascinated about the low frequencies it can reach, the low end has a full and powerful tone without being muddy and the high frequencies are very clear. The mids are sometimes a bit muddy but nothing significant since the over all sound is brilliant. I also love the fact that you get 2 cables with this product...one is compatible with the iPhone . the noise cancellation works very well too. Especially for users who use them in trains, buses and planes . The headphones are very comfortable to wear and the material is very silky and aren't heavy . The design is very stylish and sleek .

    but you need 2 x AAA batteries. tTe headphones need them because without them they wouldn't work at all .

    They seem a bit pricy for headphones. but you pay for what you get.

    1. Sound quality is ok but does not justify the price.
    2. Headphones are leaking sound so much that should be advertised as speakers not headphones. I am not over sensitive. People ask you to switch of the music when you try to listen in a bus or tube using this "studio headphones". So for almost £300 you are annoying everybody around like a kid who palys music out loud with they mobile in public transport. Priceless!
    3. Sound cancelling is a bit of a joke, as it covers sourounding sounds with a distinctive buzz noise.
    4. Mine did not work with iPhone 4s, but didn't care to investigate if this is a faulty cable or design issue.
    5. Please buy it if you are not convinced by my review. You will agree with me when you will be returning this headphones.     …More

    I just bought these headphones and trust me - THEY ARE AMAZING! All of you people saying that people only buy them to hang em´ around there neck is just jealous because they can´t afford a pair.

    The quality is great - IF that you threat them like a pair of 300 dollar headphones. But if you don´t really care about them of course they are gonna´ break.

    The Bass is perfect. Not to loud but also not to quiet. For listening to Hip-Hop, Rap genres they sure are amazing.

    The design is really cool and they look great.

    The Comfort is really good they are soft but they still stick to your head, and they are not to heavy.

    I don´t really agree with the sound leak either.

    Even the box and the extra stuff in the box is super professional.

    For the average listener or even professionals they are outstanding! (:

    Beats by Dr. Dre Solos are "on ear" and are noise reducing. They do cancel out some of the noise because they fit so flush on your ear. The Beat's Solos are 200 and they say that the headphones snap easily; they also only come with one cord.

    Beats by Dr. Dre Studios are "over ear" and are noise canceling with two AAA batteries. They will cancel out most, if not all of the outside noise. Beat's Studios are 300 and are a little more durable. They come with two separate cords. One purely for music and one for music and talking on your iPhone.

    I believe Dr. Dre stated in his latest interview that the Solo HD's have High Definition technology. Sadly, they still haven't fixed their build flaw. This flaw causes these great headphones to snap like a twig. If you plan on getting these, do be careful with them. …More

    Yes! If you press the button in the middle of the mic once, you can pause/play a track. If you press it twice (consecutively), you can skip forward to the next track. If you press it three times (consecutively), you can skip back to the previous track. Of course, the buttons on either end control the volume. I just tried it on my iPhone 4 (iOS 5) to make sure. Hope this helps! :) Also, pressing the middle of the mic one time can accept incoming calls and end them once you are finished, while pressing and holding the button for approx 2 seconds will reject them. If you happen to be on a call, you can accept an incoming call and put your current call on hold by pressing the middle button once. If you want to answer the incoming call and end the current call, press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds. …More
