Yes there is, but it is only available through academic stores through the proof of a student transcript. Search on google for academic stores and pricing.

Unfortunately not, when you purchase it - Apple will send you a copy that comes in a box with a manual which contains the serial key for the program. This goes for pretty much every program Apple sells. …More

How do I automatically transfer a PDF script not written with my Final Draft into the program?

You would need to download a program that allows you to export a PDF to a Plain Text Document (.txt) and then import that Plain Text doc into Final Draft (select "Script" when prompted as to how you want to import the document). It would be a similar process if you were switching from another screenwriting software or Microsoft Word, except that you'll need to download a free program that will allow you to export out of PDF. …More
