Quality Little Ear Pieces

Sennheiser have got a reputation of producing top quality equipment and these little ear pieces are no exception. Don't expect to get the sound you want straight out of the packaging though as you need to do a little experimenting with the adapters to acheive the sound you like. Once you've done that though the sound quality is more than acceptable for the money.
The build quality looks very sturdy at the jack plug which is always a favourite place for cable breaks. The cable at the ear pieces has a nice little rubber sleeve which will provide a bit of strain relief.
The only criticism I could level at them is the cable reel mentioned in the literature. It's more akin to a fishermans set line reel than what you would expect for a set of ear phones and I don't think I'll use it. Having tried the CX300 the CX400 was a breath of fresh air. The dynamic range is much better great allround sound , the CX 300 is very bass directed phone the 400 is much better.Better cable, clip and cable length. 5 stars …More
