Does what it promises and the plug is better than most products have
Sound quality is okay for my ears, I can't really tell the difference to other analog cables I've tried. The twisted cable is a pl us in a way that it won't be such a mess when it's not used, but it's a bit annoying to hold the device for a longer time from a distance since the cord obviously pulls back... The best thing however in this cord is the connector which works with most iPhone cases/covers, too. Usually the plug is flat so it doesn't go deep enough, but the Griffin cable has a metal extension after the flat plastic so it has worked with all the different cases I've had. A big plus for that. …

While I find it does work, the quality of sound is not that great, it's loose fitting and the lead is way too small, not extendable enough. Waste of money really. Very disappointing for an apple product. I previously used one I bought from Halford's which worked much better. …

- Asked by Hannah L
- 27-Nov-2010
Best Answer
Not sure about the Renault espace specifically, but if your car has the right jack, an audio cable i s an audio cable, there shouldn't be any problems there. A better option would be to use the USB plug in your car if you have one. Use the cable you use to charge your device. That way your device will charge and you can control it from the car's stereo controls instead of picking it up while driving …
