Unlike traditional, circular earbuds, the design of the new Apple EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other earbud-style headphone.
The speakers inside Apple EarPods have been engineered to minimise sound loss and maximise sound output. So you get high-quality audio that’s just as impressive as what you’d hear from more expensive headphones.
The Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- Designed by Apple
- Deeper, richer bass tones
- Greater protection from sweat and water

This evening I decide I have been looking to buy a new set of headphones for a while, however, couldn't justify spending £100+.
This evening I decided to buy a set of EarPods from my local Apple Store. The quality of the sound as good, if not better than some of the professional headphones I have tried over the last month.
The tones are clear and the base is superb. I thoroughly recommend EarPods if you are looking to replace your headphones …

Great Earphones, but noisy.
A few years ago i owned a horrible pair of the old Apple earphones, bad sound quality and felt uncomfortable in the ear. However, A few years ago i owned a horrible pair of the old Apple earphones, bad sound quality and felt uncomfortable in the ear. However, I borrowed a pair of these EarPods from a friend, and soon sought out to buy one for myself from the Apple Store. The earphones have a perfect base and great sound and are really comfortable, they fit perfectly in my ear. There is one issue though, the earphones are noisy and other people can hear them slightly. This is bad when you are taking them out and about. The remote is great, and bigger than on the old ones. The controls are handy on the tube and when running. Overall, a great pair of earphones and reasonable price. Recommended! …

In other words, for £25 (currently), they're absolutely fantastic. The frequency range is slightly larger than the average earphone and I believe a low-end was boosted sightly so you get a more 'natural feel' in your ears. These are a ridiculously massive improvement on the previous earphones and in comparison to other earphones at that price, you get a lot of sound for your money! …

Step 1: Put the actual pods into their respective left and right holes.
Step 2: Take both cables from the ear pods and begin wrapping from the bottom in a counter-clockwise direction until you reach the middle of the top.
Step 3: Take the cord without the remote and lay it down the center channel.
Step 4: Lay the cable with the remote and mic down the center channel on top of the other cable.
Step 5: Finish wrapping in a counter clockwise direction until you have the entire cable wrapped.
