Unlike traditional, circular earbuds, the design of the new Apple EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other earbud-style headphone.
The speakers inside Apple EarPods have been engineered to minimise sound loss and maximise sound output. So you get high-quality audio that’s just as impressive as what you’d hear from more expensive headphones.
The Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- Designed by Apple
- Deeper, richer bass tones
- Greater protection from sweat and water
- Control music and video playback
- Answer and end calls

This evening I decided to buy a set of EarPods from my local Apple Store. The quality of the sound as good, if not better than some of the professional headphones I have tried over the last month.
The tones are clear and the base is superb. I thoroughly recommend EarPods if you are looking to replace your headphones …

Perfect For Country Road Runners!

They had a clear sound whilst allowing me to hear the sound of a car, which was several metres away. This was really useful to me as I run on windy country roads, and therefore need to be able to hear any traffic.
I had no problem keeping them in my ears - I've tried many different earphones, and through just walking, many have fallen out. Not these, these stayed put after a hard and fast 1 mile run, with no extra assistance from headbands or anything like that, very impressed!
After my faulty Nano, I've decided to get a shuffle, and am disappointed that it will come with regular Apple Earphones. I was considering buying these as an upgrade, but after listening to the performance, I thought they might be very expensive. After seeing them for sale at £25 I shall definitely be purchasing them! …

They do not completely seal out background noise but can handle high volume quite nicely. Great for biking, hiking, walking, running(YES! they stay in your ears!).Great for situations where you have to be aware of your surroundings.
In-Ear types are great if you want to put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign. They seal out almost all background noise to force more created sound into your ear canals. It also increases friction noise like your headphone cord rubbing while you're in motion.
My vote is for the new Apple Earpods! We use all of our sences naturally. Why eliminate one. …
