The description says "sync and charge"

well it charges fine, but neither of the 2 i bought, will allow me to sync my 4S

didnt want to fork out on a new apple charger so decided to get this and use my blackberry charger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)

it syncs and charges perfectly, dont know what the other guy is on about - it does everything it says - im gonna buy another 1 for my car also :-D

i use it on the iphone 4 and the iphone 4s - works like a charm, all my original accessories are sealed, didnt need to open them :-) very cheap too, but be careful as they are small and easy 2 missplace ! …More

It works fine with my iPod touch 4th Generation for charging and syncing over Wi-Fi. It's great if you don't have a wall charger for your iPhone or iPod touch.
I'm not sure if it works with other products, but apparently it works with all iPod touches, all iPhones, and all iPads.
And it's very cheap compare to a wall charger - £8!
It also comes with a very handy clear protector for the end of it, to stop dust getting in. …More
