Apple World Travel Adapter Kit
Travel light and charge your gear from anywhere
Written by SM from Edinburgh

I initially bought this kit to use the plugs with my MagSafe charger, but the inclusion of the USB charger and iPod cable make this 2009 edition of the Apple World Travel Kit better value than the previous ones (especially for iPod/iPhone owners). The charger is so small, and it can be used with other USB compatible devices like my smartphone (delivers 5V at 1A).
Everything is so well designed and space efficient that I now feel ready and light enough to tour the world in confidence ;-) …More40 of 44 people found this useful

This is a power adapter for connection to mains power only.
Have a look at some of the FM transmitters available on the Apple Store website or your local Apple Store or reseller. You may want to check that your car stereo doesn't have a line in connector or even a dock connector to hook it up directly.
Good luck with getting your music running in your car. Hope you get to enjoy your tunes and podcasts soon. …More- Answered by TP from SPENCE
