The build quality might not be exactly 'Apple' standard, but it is not 'cheap'. The controller may rattle slightly when not fitted to an iPhone because it has moving parts. Once the iPhone is fitted, the controller does not rattle.

The Inputs are sturdy and responsive, the triggers feel good and it is comfy to hold. Works with a lot of games out of the box and it will benefit from even more in the coming months.

Charge it fully before use, and if it seems to not be working, just give the reset button on the back a poke with a paper clip. Works a charm for me.

Overall the device feels like it was made by people who game. It's clearly modelled on an Xbox 360 controller which is no bad thing. The buttons are quite compact, but that's not always a bad thing either. Once you get used to the feel of the device you'll be right at home with the plethora of games available.

The analog sticks feel identical to those on a 3DS or a PSP and are very responsive. I've been playing a lot of Dead Trigger 2 and San Andreas and haven't had any problems. The controller has both shoulder buttons and triggers which are very welcome. Both are responsive but the triggers do feel a little spongy; not a deal breaker though as they're perfectly usable.

The only thing that's slightly irritating is the fact that the controller won't allow you to charge your device while it's plugged in. However, this is a rare occurrence as it's designed to be portable in the first place.

If you game a lot or find yourself annoyed by on-screen controls, definitely pick one of these up. The Moga Ace Power uses the extended template so has a lot more buttons than the Logitech Powershell which seems a little useless without dual analog sticks.
