Superb Sturdy Stand of Top Quality
This stand replaces my iLove one, which was very good and had built in speakers but when you used to type or browse net the neck o f stand - bit that clasps ipad - would wobble. I was very happy to receive the mophie and its price reflects the level of quality on offer. It not only perfectly clasps my iPad 2 and can be positioned into whatever position takes your fancy, but is rock solid when typing or browsing too and can be mains connected with base circular LED white lights coming on when mains attached. Pricey? yes, but its fantastic quality and for me exactly what I was looking for due to its sturdy and precision engineering. …

Very high Quality Product.
I love this stand almost as much as my iPad. It is solid and built to a very high quality. I can charge and sync directly to my PC with the cable supplied at the same time (my PC does have a special high power USB port). It is a joy to move the iPad around, it remains rock solid in all positions. The only slight critisism I have is that it is a little stiff to use, but I rather that than any wobble or drift. …

Will this stand work with the new Retina Display iPad with Lightening Connector?
- Asked by Lisa B from Vancouver
- 07-Nov-2012
Answer
No, it does not. It is only compatible with the iPad 2 and 3, with the 30-pin connectors, and a 30- pin to lightning connector adapter would not work with the powerstand.
Mophie claims they are working on a stand that is compatible with the lightning connector. Frankly I'm really surprised they haven't come out with one yet. …- Answered by Rhonda M from Yellowknife
