Simply Brilliant!
I didn't get these from the apple store but just needed to leave a review somewhere. They are brilliant headphones and will surely be the next 'big thing' in headphones, especially fro their price. They are basically much cheaper 'beats by dre' headphones, better sound engine even. They are also good fashion statements as the headband and cable can be ordered in different colours and simply switched whenever you feel like. You may have seen them a lot in the olympics, worn by the US olympians especially. Very durable as well, definitely won't spoil easily.

Picked up a set today, tested alongside Dr Dre Beats, Sol republic are awesome, don't follow the herd get these instead. I went for these after researching and reading reviews in the US online, these are not that well known in the UK yet so give them a go. …

AWESOME
I've had all sorts of headphones ranging from beats, soul by ludicrous to 50 cent and these sol republic are by far the best ones I've come across, the bass is enough for u to enjoy and it doesn't shake on your ear unlike some other headphones, they are also really comfy, best buy I've had in ages!!! 100% the best ones for sale at the moment, I'd also recommend the in ear sol republic amps too …

How's the cable durability ? , can you easly replace it if broken ?

The cable durability is actually incredible. Out of curiosity, I took a cable and attempted to quick ly 'snap' it to no avail. I was surprised, and wrapped the cable around 2 fingers on each hand and pulled away from each other.
This left me with bruises on my fingers, and a slightly stretched, (functional) cable. I had to place the cable in a vise grip, and wrap it around a pole & pull with a force much stronger than would ever be experienced by the cable in normal conditions to finally separate it.
It is worth saying that the two individual cables which connect the 'control pad' to the headphone cups are notably weaker, but still quite resilient.
SOL does not currently sell replacement cables, but if you damage the current cable you can submit a warranty claim with a receipt and they will put it through their warranty process and send out a new one as a first-time exception. …- Answered by Marianne L from Barrie

No they do not have active noise cancelling. However they do a very good job of noise isolation, so they will prohibit you from hearing some noise when you are listening to music. …

The voice quality is very good on these headphones as long as you don't use them outdoors in wind ov er 5 mph or so. I work on a tugboat and spend a good amount of time on the phone as well, and have had no negative reports of background noise other than when I step outside to use them. As for sound quality, they are awesome. I compared them to the Beats and Soul headphones and they beat both hands down. …
