Initially the product worked with a very low sound, then simply stopped after a few weeks. I would not recommend it.

  • Terrible reliability

Customer service is sluggish, with delays of several weeks between reporting the fault and getting a replacement. JABRA seem to accept that their kit is flaky because they do not even request a return of the broken headset. I do not think that I am a 'heavy' user - I do a couple of 40 minute sessions on the rowing machine each week.
