Does exactly what it says.
The previous reviewer 'John U' clearly didn't read the product description before buying. Nowhere does it say this will "fully cha rge" a phone. The description clearly states this provides a "little charge". This is perfect for a little extra charge if your iPhone is about to die and you need a bit of reserve power to make a call. (hint: the word 'reserve' is in the product name!) About 20-25% or so can be expected.

This is a small battery which will nevertheless give you around 30-40% of an iPhone 4's battery charge. It is very useful as it's easy to keep with you but not too easy to lose (it has a keyring).

Morphia juice pack is probably the best they sell a bigger one that fits the iPhone 4 and 4s perfect and it will charge your phone from 1% to 90% almost every time I had it for 2 months now and my phone last all day now, you can charge both items at the same time phone and juice pack, just know it takes maybe 4 to 5 hours …
