Oh yeah !!! I got it running perfect in Traktor scratch pro 2. Works with any version. You just need to download the respective mappers on the numark website.

Does this have a headphones input?
None of the photos show a close up detail of any of the input/output connections, and the description doesn't really state too specifically whether or not the mixer itself has a headphones input.
I've had a mixer before that didn't have one, and the output on the computer had to be split into two channels - one for the headphones, and the other for the stereo/receiver. This didn't work very well, and I don't want to run into the same problem.- Asked by Darren B from Winnipeg

It doesn't have a headphone jack. The numark Dj 2 go has no sound card. So to cue tracks on your headphones you need a another sound card. You can purchase a USB sound card for about $30. Creative Makes a nice one ! In Virtual Dj you can configure both cards in the configuration. If your using Traktor on Mac you go to " Audio midi setup" and create a aggregate device. In Windows you download Asio driver I believe ? It comes with virtual Dj but works in Traktor. That's how I use it ! G00d lUck !!!! :-)

Can't seem to find minimum system requirements. Any one running this on A Dual 2.7 GHz PowerPC G5 with the latest OS?

Answer
The Numark Dj 2 go is powered via USB and runs on Virtual Dj LE. Two major things you have working against you ! If you can find a way to power this midi device and a iPhone app to run it I guess you can make it work. To my knowledge there is no way to power it nor the app to run off of. This device was made to run with a computer. Virtual DJ has system requirements that iPhone doesn't meet ! This is an awesome device for anyone looking to Dj on a budget, for the first time or just needs something efficient.

Does it work with virtual dj home edition?
- Asked by Marco P from Union City

Answer
Im not sure what version it comes with ,but the numark dj 2 go comes with virtual dj. I'm not sure about it working with the home edition, although it should ! I have virtual dj pro and it was plug and play. It should work the same for " the home edition " being the edition it comes with is at the bottom of the spectrum. Too put it short. I have it working perfect with Traktor as well. I've been spinning vinyl since the 80's and this controller is perfect for beginners, on the go or just plain fun. $60 its a no brainer. I hope this helps !!!

Which is better? This, or the Vestax Spin?
This is much cheaper than the Vestax Spin. So I was wondering which one was better out of the 2.

Answer
Virtual Dj does record and even broadcasts , but I doubt the version it comes with records. I use the pro version of Virtual Dj and there you have full capabilities. The version of VDj it comes with is VDJ LE( limited edition) the name says it all. Its just an intro to get you going. If you want full use of the software you'll have to upgrade. I had VDJ prior to purchasing this controller so I never used the included software. Honestly for $59 your getting a deal !!

hi my question is with this controler when i play one channel can i hear in headphones the other channel ?

Answer
Nope. It doesn't have a sound card built in.
So you'll need a USB sound card to do that.
Alternatively you could output two channel mono if your software allows. One channel for cueing, one for master output.- Answered by Michael James F from Wolverhampton

Can you use effects with this model? Ex: Flanger, Back spin, or Break?
- Asked by Matt F from Ogallala

Answer
There are no buttons ,knobs, fader or switches on this controller for effects. ( Look close) However it's Midi so you should be able to configure it to your preference. Although I wouldn't give up anything on this controller. All the buttons, knobs and faders are needed. What do I know that's just my opinion ? You can still use all the effects just not via this model.
