Too Expensive
It breaks after about 3 weeks, and replacement cost of almost £20 is silly. Not happy

It broke
I too broke my dock, which was very easy. I think it would be better value for money to buy another shuffle than pay twenty quid f or one! …

Not the best Design
While the dock fits the ipod very nicely - if you are like me and not the tidiest of people this design is incredibly fragile.
With the jack being at a right angle to the base it is very easy to bend the jack. I've just done this buy accidentally stepping on the dock after it had fallen on the floor, upside down.
If you're a tidy person - you'll have no issues :) …- Written by Parham O from London

Rubbish
The 1st one I had lasted a few weeks and thankfully it was replaced against the receipt. The 2nd lasted a bit longer, about a year and it has now gone kaput. It has simply given up with no signs of life. If I could find the receipt I would claim a new one, or upgrade, as this has not lasted a reasonable time, in my eyes, and was not up to standard. Don't buy one. …

Quite Fragile!
I Have Had A IPod Dock (2nd Generation) before and just broke so easily. For anyone who thinks of buying this is wasting their mon ey. I advise you to buy the 3rd or 4th generation as they are much smaller and ARE better :) …

Perfect in itself, but why not have a Shuffle for £12 more?!
This is a well-made, nice-looking thing that does exactly what it's supposed to do. If someone drops this on the floor and stands on it then yes, I am afraid it may struggle to pass the 'take a grown man's weight' test.
My only gripe with this product as it appears here is that the price is simply absurd. We all love Apple products but sometimes they just take the biscuit! I bought my iPod Shuffle 2nd generation last week (yes, I want to use my own headphones, call me crazy, so the 3rd generation was a complete non-starter. Not the only reason why the new Shuffle will be outsold by the 2nd generation version for some time to come. I wonder how long it takes to skip through 4GB of music one track at a time...). I bought it for just £31. Does that mean my Shuffle is worth just £12???
I rated it 5 stars because the product itself simply couldn't be improved upon. A line-out would be overkill for a Shuffle dock and making it into a dongle would make it impractical for desktop users. I trust that people will make up their own minds as to whether it is priced appropriately. …- Written by JAMES S from Wallasey
