I have the sky tv app on my I pad 3 and want to be able to watch it on my tv but do not want to jailbreak my I pad wat is the best way to do this

  You do not need to jailbreak your iPad. If you have a recent Apple TV (small black box rather than larger grey box), then you can do what is called Air Play Mirroring, which will mirror your iPad's display on your TV. If you do not have an Apple TV, you can pick up an iPad HDMI adapter from Apple, and that will also mirror your iPad's display on your TV.
