Could I mirror what is on my iPad to a screen with this, then also connect more accessories with the extra lightning port?
I was wondering about something like the Focusrite iTrack Solo. I know I would need to use a 30pin to lightning converter for this to work with the iPad and to fit into this adapter, but would I even be able to use both at the same time at all?

Best AnswerI dropped my new iPad, that I've only had a couple of weeks, and it shattered instantly. It was a pretty short fall about 2 feet. I was hoping that the apple store would cut me a break, but no dice. They said it'd be $300 to get a replacement. It still worked fine but I had a spider web in the corner. I would definitely get a thick case it's more than worth the money. I truly hope this isn't a sign of things to come as I truly love Apple.

Does the plug for the ipad2 charger come off so you can use the world adapter?
the original plug looks to be about 1 1/2 inch square. Where the prongs are is a section which appears to be able to be taken out. Does it snap apart so as to use the world travel adapter for Continental Europe?

Best AnswerNot directly as the iPad does not have a USB port. You can use a service such as Dropbox. Connect the thumb drive to a computer, transfer the desired data to your DropBox account. Dropbox synchronizes the data across all of your devices. Available in the App Store.
