Can i use this for dvd player on my television?

I'm using macbook air now. but i really need this driver. and i hope i can use this for television dvd player. and also i want to know can i play blue ray disc with this?

  • No you cannot. Unless you have a funky TV set that recognize USB peripherals.

    The MBA Superdrive is a CD/DVD drive so it cannot read Blue Ray Discs.
