    Yes, assuming your Mac is on the list of supported models:
    iMac (Mid 2007 or newer)
    MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum, or Early 2009 or newer)
    MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer)
    Xserve (Early 2009)
    MacBook Air (Late 2008 or newer)
    Mac mini (Early 2009 or newer)
    Mac Pro (Early 2008 or newer)

  • Yes, as long as your computer meets the minimum requirements.

    Go to Apple.com->Mac tab->OSX Mountain Lion->Tech Specs. Then find out which model you have. 2GB ram is minimum required, and support all Aluminum iMacs, Unibody MacBooks, and Mid/Late 2007 Macbook Pros

  • Yes. That is what I did.
    If you use isync, be sure to get the latest version first so it will work with Mountain Lion (iSync v3.2 if I remember correctly).
