will Apple Configurator for iPad run on Mac Mini

Is the Mac Mini sufficient for running the new Apple Configurator for iPad and is there sufficient storage for keeping the profiles for 60+ iPads/iPhones/iTouches?

    Yes. And that depends on how much storage you've got in the Mac Mini. The default 500 GB should be MORE than enough.
