IPad 2 or iPad which one to buy? Is it true that you can't charge the new iPad whilst using it?

• The new iPad is better than the iPad 2, it has a better chip and more features in iOS 6 such as Siri. As well as a retina display while the iPad 2 doesn't have it. It is true to charge the new iPad whilst using it as well as the iPad 2 does.
