does the new IPad have Facetime in the U.A.E?
all the other models of apple products don't acquire a Facetime app.

No, etisalat blocked the FaceTime app. But you can buy the U.S version of the iPad which has FaceTime in M.I.C.R.O at Deria City Center, Mall of the Emirates or Dubai Mall.
