can i do facetime between my 2 ipads in the house with wireless internet

i have an ipad 2 and the new pad, can i do facetime between first floor to second floor.

    Yes, but you need to set up separate apple ids for facetime in the settings. You can still use the same apple id for apps on your devices so they all get the same apps, if you have that set up.
