Is ther a wireless accessory that does the same job as this one?
I have an iPad 2 and this adapter. I wondered if there was a wireless version so I can play movies on my big screen TV without balancing my ipad on the shelf.

- Asked about: Apple 30-pin Digital AV Adapter
Answer
Hi Jane,
If you have good wireless internet at home (WIFI connection) your best bet is looking at the Apple TV.
A little more expensive but will play all your iTunes movies and tv shows wirelessly from the iPad, that way you can have the iPad in your lap, no balancing act required :)- Answered by Kimberley B from Lisarow

Yes... it's useless for even basic business purposes. I have iMac for desktop and had MacBook Pro for travelling, all in sync etc. I thought I would replace MBP with iPad, much lighter and easier to travel, additional benefits etc. HOWEVER, you cannot send an email with multiple attachments. For instance if I want to send an email with a letter attached, plus spreadsheet, presentation and pdf, as is common when sending business information, it simply can't be done from iPad. There is no paperclip in Mail on iPad as there is in iMac or MacBook. The only way to email attachments is from the application. I.e. go into photographs and email one from there, or go into Pages and email a letter from there. You can email several items from the same application, but not different categories on one email. Why on earth would Apple omit this basic functionality? I took back my iPad and swapped it for a MacBook Air, which is great. Until the email issue is resolved, the iPad can't be used as a serious business tool, and can only be seen as a play thing for people who want to send the odd email. Also Finder on iPad is required. Plus guest account.

Answer
By computer (Windows) you must have to download iTunes for your PC. If it's on Mac, then it's already there.
Next is to open up iTunes and click on "Store" and click "Create Apple ID", Accept the terms of agreement, and fill out information in the spaces and keep on following instructions, and before you know it. You have successfully signed up for an Apple ID.- Answered by Ricardo G from Edinburg

Best Answer
Not directly as the iPad does not have a USB port. You can use a service such as Dropbox. Connect the thumb drive to a computer, transfer the desired data to your DropBox account. Dropbox synchronizes the data across all of your devices. Available in the App Store.

Best Answer
Apple makes a great app for iPad called Keynote ($9.99 in the App store). it is a presentation maker/editor designed for the iPad with support to import a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation and convert it to a Keynote Presentation, automatically. You can also choose to export the presentation as a PowerPoint presentation if you need to the best way to get this presentation onto your iPad would be to move it to a folder in your Drop-Box (a cloud based service) and open it up on your iPad via the Drop-Box for iPad app.. If you don't have a Drop-Box account then just email it to yourself and open the received email on your iPad and open the attachment in Keynote. You can read all about keynote on Apples website or on the App's page on the App store.

Unfortunately, no. there just isn't a port for drives to connect into. You can, however, utilize file sharing in iTunes to copy documents, PDFs, and more. You can also choose folders of photos on your desktop or external hard drive that your device can sync to.
