    Almost perfect

    • Written by from Madison

The bag is almost perfect for someone who wants to travel light and doesn't have to bring much more than the laptop and some accessories. The computer and an iPad or Kindle fit fine. The front pockets can house keys, maybe a wallet, some cables, a charger and phone. It would fit a magazine or a notebook and some pens, but an orange or over-the-ear headphones won't fit. This is fine with me, it prevents stuff from accumulating in the bag and forces you to not bring more than what is really needed.

My only complaint and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the shoulder strap slips too easily. It'd be better if the the surface touching the shoulder would be of a different material that wouldn't slip as much. Other than that the quality of the bag feels very solid and well made, it looks stylish and modern. The carry handles are also very comfortable.

    Only one disappointment

I've been carry a Thule backpack to work for years was sick of such a bulky load back and forth every day. Thule is 100% quality with every product I've ever bought including this bag. I was looking to transport all the same items being shown in the sales description and being a Thule product I made the purchase. My only disappointment I ran into was with my 2014 13" MBA. I use a Thule Vectros bumper cover for protection and was next to impossible to fit my MBA in with it on. Not sure if I'm keeping it yet. Good luck.

Excellent compact and light attache case

A good snug fit for my 13.3in Macbook Pro with Retina display with just enough space to spare for the adapter, accessories, external HDDs, identity documents for travel, and small magazines. It is light and it really makes a difference when travelling and walking for extended distances/amount of time. It also well put together with sturdy zippers. All in all a quality product. Highly recommended.

Good bag, but don't plan on carrying much

This is a nice bag, but as another post said don't count on this being more than a minimalist bag. The fit for my MacBook Air is extremely tight. Don't count on being able to put your MacBook Air in quickly and get it out quickly. I carry my Air and an iPad mini in this bag, but anything else can only be paper. The mini brick charger is too thick to safely be transported with the computer and iPad. But considering that the charge lasts a really long time this isn't a problem. The bag is attractive, and it does the job of transporting my two devices around campus when I'm at work. It's barely more than a sleeve with a shoulder strap but if you're comfortable with that it's a good-looking one.

    Its a decent bag

My first impression is that its a bit small but then again it is an "attache" so what would you expect. It's a snug fit for my Mac Air and iPad. I found it hard to insert my Cocoon Grid (which I love btw) with all my accessories attached. If your planning on using it for a macbook pro and iPad don't count on having any extras in the main compartment. Or if your iPad and Mac Air have cases.

The inside compartments for electronics is nicely lined with a soft material. And there is a neopreme cap for your laptop so the zipper doesn't scratch it.

The rear zipper to access iPad is nice however if your loading up the bag its a bit of a pain to pull your the iPad out.

The front pockets are a bit more spacious then I expected but they don't pop out. And the iPhone pocket is also lined with a soft material.

As for the over all material, feel and fabrication of this bag so far it looks tough enough but I haven't had the chance to use it a lot yet. It's definitely not for a techie pack rat this is purely for the minimalist. Laptop, iPad, essential cables and maybe a couple smaller documents or folders.

So far I like the bag I don't LOVE it. Even and extra in the of space in the main compartment would be nice and thats why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. I do like it and will continue to use it.
