Why is there only sound and no video ?
I connected this cable to my ipod touch and my TV. However, there is sound but no video ! Why ?
All cables are correctly connected !

Can I use this cable to record audio onto the iTouch?
I'm wondering if I can use an IPod or iTouch as a way of recording audio from any source that would use Left and Right line levels (or mic levels?) Thanks.

can i watch videos and play music with the cable?

Are you sure that when I plug this device into a sony tv that it will work?
I got this other video cable off amazon, but when i plugged it into the tv only the sound came out and i did not see the video. Also my itouch said that this acessory(sorry for my spelling) is not compatible for the itouch. Will that pop up with this apple video cable?

Can you receive phone calls while plugged into this cable? Would the audio go out the RCA jacks? If so...how about the input? Plug in mic?
this would be for an iPhone 3GS connected to the composite AV cable in a car, where the audio outputs are connected to the stereo. If a call comes in, I'd like the output to go through the AV cable, and the mic input through the headphone jack. This would make for a great hands-free car setup, by simply plugging in a capsule mic after connecting the iPhone to the composite AV cable.
