Will it play music using an USB-connection to my recceiver (Pioneer VSX-819) which has an integrated interface for iPods (USB)?
My Pioneer receiver has a separate USB-port for connecting iPhones or iPods using the standard USB-cable which comes with the iPhone/iPod. Is it possible to use this cable and the described port of the recceiver to connect the docking station?

Can you charge it with the skin on?
I have been searching for assessories to charge and possibly have speakers, etc. with my 3g iphone. I am told in the stores that they will not work with the skin on. Will the universal dock work with the skin on? I really do not want to take it off each time. It is very difficult to put it back on. Please advise...
