Would this bag also hold an iPad inside a separate case?

I am looking for a bag that will hold and protect both an iPad and a 13" MacBook Pro.

This one I notice has a large pocket in the front. I am wondering if you could put an iPad in that pocker if it is in like a neoprene case.

    This bag would also hold an iPad inside a sleeve. With the iPad inside the bag, only the small power cord fits and then that would be all that can fit. If you're not looking to carry anything in addition to the electronics, this bag will work, that's what I do sometimes and both my iPad and 13" MBP fit.
