LaCie Little Big Disk Thunderbolt Series Hard Drive

Should I buy this (the 2TB version) or the LaCie 2big Network 2 2TB

I need a storage device with 2x1TB HDDs with raid 1 and I am wondering if I should buy this or the LaCie 2big Network 2.

The main diference is size and the fact that the Thunderbolt disk has a key lock socket so it cannot be stolen (I will be going to uni in 2 years).

Is it worth the extra £200 for the thunderbolt version?

    Thunderbolt for speed and performance.

    A network drive will be much, much slower.
