You will be able to connect this to a Scart Tv, but you'll need a couple of other things. First use the Apple composite Av cable then use a scart adapter which has composite video and audio connections (yellow phono plug for video, red and White ones for audio). Should be good to go after that.

If you were to use a Composite to SCART Adapter in conjunction with the Apple Composite AV Cables, I don't see why not.

SCART cannot officially carry non-RGB (e.g., YPbPr used on iPod Touch) component video signals, which are gaining ground as an improvement over S-Video in markets where SCART is not used. However, some manufacturers of set-top-boxes and DVD players are known to provide optional (menu-selectable), non-standard YPbPr output through the pins that are officially reserved for RGB color components. Don't think TVs can accept such inputs in general, so you are going to have to use the composite cable. Sadly, the old s-video output would have given a better quality option when used with SCART.

As far as i'm aware, it is only possible to connect the ipod/iphone via component or av(with the 5/3 coloured pinned cable), i am fairly certain there is not a cable to allow connection via scart leads.
