I use them in two occasions and I was very satisfied with them, but when I put them to charge the battery a red flashing light was on. I communicate with Jabra and very quickly sent me new ones, which again had the same problem only that this time there was not any kind of light on. Once more I communicate with Jabra and again they sent me new ones. I used them for one run and guess what! Not working this time a solid red light on. So I give up.
So now I have three pairs but not working at all. The funny thing is that they send me the headphone without asking for the ones I have. That means it's not worth it to fix. I recommend you before buying this product to check for others reviews on the web and you will see what I'm taking about. …

I do like I bought a set for my new iPhone 5s but only after 2 weeks of running, the rubber ear insert tore on one of the pieces. I do like the convenience of the Bluetooth feature as there is not wires that you have to play with. The other down side to this set is that if you can't get a good fit inside your year the size of the set makes them slide off your ear. I continue to use them but prefer to use a hat to keep them in place. …

Fixed/Blinking Red light - Battery Issues - Random Phone dialling

The product was replaced by Jabra every time but they have very poor support in India and I had to go through a tedious process (15-20 day) in order to get the replacements (I had to visit a different location - in a radius of 100 kms - every time in order to collect the replacement set). Of course it also means that for this duration I was exercising without wireless headphones. The last pair stopped working after just two days of use and that's when I gave up.. though I still think Jabra is on the dot with this product ONCE they fix the battery issue.
Bought a pair of Denon wireless headphones, they lasted a week before showing a similar issue and there was no replacement policy like Jabra.
For the past 4 months I have been using wireless headphones from JBL and they have been going great. There's no plug into the headphones for charging just a clip on charger - something for other manufacturers to consider/copy. …

Sound quality was marginal and the bluetooth connection would pick up static. I was able to get over that, because the product design worked well during exercise. After just over 2 months of regular use the headphone stopped working and were unable to be charged. The Jabra website was no help, and when I read some online forums I learned this was a very common problem. …
