    This product does not deserve a one star rating because some idiot doesn't like a feature. Why would you want to connect your phone to this product when its connected to a computer to charge? Just plug the phone into the computer and charge both at the same time. The previous reviewer seems to be missing the point of having a reserve charge on hand... …More

    Does not charge the phone when it is being charged

    Much like any other external battery on the market. Nicely built but what is really annoying is that it does not have a bypass charging capability. I have it connected to my my computer and wouldn't it me nice that it would charge my iPhone once the battery is full charged so I could use it as dock also. No I have to disconnect it from my computer for it to start charging my phone. It is a oversight on mophie's part. I will be returning mine. …More

    Gets the job done... Awkward to use while moving

    I bought the Mophie Juice Pack Boost in an Apple Store in Indianapolis. I just bought an iPhone 4S and have found that I go through about two full battery charges a day (so far). My general impression is that it was a good buy because it does charge my iPhone quickly (appx. 1.3% per minute) but it is awkward to keep connected while on the go. because of the rigid structure of the 30 pin connector you can't just connect it and throw it in your pocket or bag, it really does need to be in a stable location or at least flat in a pocket that won't allow the devices to separate. I think if the device had a 30 pin cord instead of a pivoting rigid connector that the device would be much more functional.

    will add an almost complete charge from empty
    charges faster than other portable charging solutions i have tried
    nice design that matches the iPhone 4(s)
