    Outstanding

    • Written by from New Westminster

This headphones are incredibly comfortable. They sound quality is absolutely outstanding. I've compared them with many other brands and this are hands down the best ones. The two specifics I can give about that are the following:
-This headphone made me re-discover my music, making me want to re-listen to all of it.
-I never realize how much awful noise there really is on a flight. THIS headphones get rid of all of it.
    100% worth every cent.

    Good but fragile

    • Written by from Mumbai

These are a really great pair of headphones with airtight noise cancelation and AMAZING sound. They are very comfortable and light. BUT they are vey fragile and snap easily and the leather tends to peal of if you live in a seaside city or a humid place. All-in-all, its a great pair of headphones. More

The Bose QuietComfort's are a really great choice for a typical music lover. I bought a pair around a month or two ago and they are awesome. They have a rich and bold sound and the noise canceling system works flawlessly!! Great buy!! More

Wonderful but could be so much better

    • Written by from Dublin

I have had loads of different headphones some good and some not so good, but recently I've pushed the boat out and treated myself to a pair of Bose QuietComfort15. Expensive? Yes extremely, but hey, this is a serious brand so what do you expect... They look great and they come in a really beautiful protective carry case which is important if like me you are a frequent flier.
When you put these headphones on they are extremely comfortable and they feel and sound great as you might expect. They even include a really cool iPhone cable accessory.
So what's the problem, I hear you ask..? Well two issues really. Firstly while the noise cancellation feature is wonderful the actual sound leakage is terrible. Sometimes I wear these headphones in bed while my wife is reading with the light on, but she keeps asking me to turn them down even if the volume isn't that high. It was only when I asked her to try them on that I could clearly hear the problem. The sound leaks VERY badly indeed. Secondly its fine if you're sitting down but try walking outdoors with these headphones and there quite noisy, you can hear a lot more than just your music. I have a pair of Sony MDR-NC40 noise cancelling headphones which cost € 100 euro (less than a third of the Bose price) and Which? Magazine say DON'T BUY but to be honest they sound and feel just as good as the Bose
I'm a bit disappointed, but hey…I still love them, and I would recommend them if you've loads of spare cash..I really wish I could have given them more stars

Amazing headphones - expensive, but worth the money!

    • Written by from BEAUMARIS

Just bought them during my trip to the.US after having been considering for very long.
20 hours on the way back - my new best friend for flying!
They are very comfortable on the ear and the engine noise is basically gone!
Have been using them now at home for a few daysnow and I started to listen to my music on my iPad in a diffent way. Many songs I'd usually be skipping I started to listen to now again.
One of my concerns was the bulky design and the big carrying case to take along.
What I found was that they are so comfortable on the ear, you forget you have them on after a while and the carrying case has actually been quite practical, because you cann stuff other things easily in there, like the iPhone for example.
So, overall, a very good purchase I do not regret at all!
Wish I had bought them earlier and wish they would be equally priced in Australia compared to the US!

    Works amazing for traveling

    • Written by from Stockholm

Just bought these headphones last week and had a 6 hour flight home the same day. After having heard only good things about from my uncle, I had to get a pair! Not believing that they would cancel the noise from the plane's engine, I was totally amazed when I started the noise canceling and by the time I put on the music, all of the noise from the engines was gone!

Even my fiance, who was against the purchase from the beginning, was amazed and did not want to let me have them back after having tried them on!

I haven't tried, but read that others used them for that. They might be big enough to prevent rolling whilst wearing them, but for sure them don't feel very resilient to breaking. Quite cheaply made as far as i can tell More

They are not wireless, but the cord is detachable. This allows you to take advantage of the noise canceling feature without having the cable, but you don't get any content to the headphone unless the cable is plugged in. More
