How much battery is taken up for 20 km or 2 - 3 hours of jogging on the Ipod Touch with the Nike+?
I will be jogging after work and normally my Ipod Touch left 20% of battery life. I am worried that my Ipod Touch will not be able to hold the length.

If I have the sensor in my shoe, but lose the iPod connector can I no longer log runs to my Nike+ site? Can I buy a new set and keep my old data?
I've gone through two sensors for my shoe, but lost the connection to my iPod - would I be able to buy a new sport kit and still apply those runs to the miles I already have online?

AnswerThe data is stored on the iPod and not in the receiver or the sensor so you should be able to keep your old data.

does this work for ipod touch 3rd generation ?
- Asked by Michael L from La Grange Park

Best AnswerYes, it does. If Nike+ is not turned on, go into Settings and turn it on. All you need now is a sensor, which you can buy. The Nike+ is built into the iPod Touch so you don't ned the receiver.

I have a ipod 3rd generation, is the second genaration the same as the 3rd?
- Asked by Logan C from Alpharetta

AnswerYes. Stores just call them 3rd generation but apple will tell you they ARE 2nd generations. The way stores get away with this is because apple dropped the 16gb and added the 64gb so to the stores this is the 3rd generation. So as far as ordering accessories you want 2nd generation items. Hope this was helpful
