Best AnswerI use Fios with Apple TV. In the setup menu of the Apple TV when it asks for the password, enter the WEP key from the Fios router. It will automatically detect the Fios wireless network and you will be good to go.

because there is more than just airplay on Apple TV .. and you can wirelessly connect your ipad2 to the tv then .. rather than using wires and being confined to the length of the cable
