Apple TV, can it be used outside the UK?
Many people ask if apple TV can be used outside the UK, maybe in Thailand, Cyprus or Brazil but no answers yet. Does the apple TV know what region you are in? Does it connect via the IP address and block content if you are not in the UK??

As much as I know, there is no Fox News application for the Apple TV, yet.

Why are Elf, Home Alone and Home Alone 2 not available to watch on apple Tv?
My friends and I enjoy watching them every year. After a heavy night out at the weekend, we had all planned to have a movie night with these three movies on our agenda.
I would appreciate it if you would take my request into great consideration so in the near future we can plan an evening watching our favourite characters such as Kevin Mcallister, Buzz, Uncle Frank and of course Buddy the Elf!

can i access nba.tv on apple tv Canada?
I have access to MLB and NHL on my apple TV home screen, but not NBA. We purchased the apple TV for the purpose of watching the NBA games through an NBA Gametime subscription (which we would purchase), but it is not available on our TV. We have checked for software updates and everything is up to date. I was told that it is possible that my internet service provider is blocking the NBA.tv app from my apple TV.....maybe this is accurate. Any suggestions??

Apple TV - NBA League Pass (Australia)
Does anyone know if the current Apple TV has the NBA League Pass installed and/or available for Australia. I have seen on some discussion forums it does but not on the Australia Apple website.
My primary purpose to buy this for just the NBA and if it didnt work would be a waste of money.

You probably only need a good quality HDMI cable, and ask Santa for Lovefilm or if in UK, BBC iplayer to be added to Netflix. An itunes account will give you access to a great rental library
