Will these 1TB (or 2TB) drives work in an '05/'06 XRAID (NOT xserve; just XRAID) attached to a G5 dual (not server, osx leopard)...

    No, Xserve RAID use PATA drives and this drive is a SATA. The highest capacity ADM for the XRAID is a 750GB PATA drive that was made only by Seagate.
