If I bought an iphone 5 of apple.ae will it have facetime?

• The answer is no. Really disappointing. Baught my unlocked iphone 5 from uae. Surprisingly there is no facetime option. I leave in another country and cannot use these facetime. Apple should fix this problem asap.
