Oh really easily !
With Photo Stream. This service allows you to see a photo you have taken on either your iPhone or iPad on the other device via an iCloud sync. Your photos will appear in your devices under albums shortly after you take them. The photos will appear in iPhoto or Aperture on your Mac too.
How to; -
• Make sure that you have a iCloud account ( free to sign up ) .
• Then on both your iPad & iPhone sign into your iCloud account.
• Then on both your iPad & iPhone launch 'Settings and scroll down to 'Photos' and select it.
• At the top you will see a setting for 'Photo Stream' make sure that this is turned on. You can now quit out of settings.
Note if you are running IOS 5.1 you can now delete unwanted photos from Photo Stream- Answered by Peter V from Sarasota
