I wanted something that is portable, small and had decent sound, particularly for listening to tutorial videos on iPad. I have speaker hookups in several rooms and earphones but since I'm too lazy to go get them I was holding my iPad up to my ear to hear the tutorials. No more....i love this Zooka. Not only is it so convenient, it has awesome sound. Thank you for inventing this. It is fantastic and just what I wanted. Actually way more than I expected!

Having tried out the Jawbone Jambox, I was expecting something similar in terms of sound quality and overall these Zooka speakers do deliver similar sound quality. For speakerphone use, the Jambox has better overall functionality and ease of use. The high build quality and use of medical grade silicon on the speakers are nice bonus touches. Some misses preventing me from giving them a five star rating are: the supplied USB charging cable is about a few inches too short, preventing you from having the unit plugged in to the USB port and charging while mounted on top of you Macbook, these speakers are a bit on the heavy side (making the Macbook Air screen flop over unless you have them at exactly ninety degree angle), and finally no more GLOW in the dark color for sale to the general public (they were limited edition only).

My family of four has been looking for a functional speaker solution for our 3 iPads for quite some time. Turns out the Zooka not only readily solves that issue but also addresses the same issue with all of our other bluetooth devices. Beyond great sound, the Zooka has a touch and fell like nothing I have ever come accross. Works great as a docking system and a simple grip for listening on the go. One of the coolest and most innovative products I have seen in a while. Thank you Carbon Audio!
