Yes you can place your Magic Charger on the Magic Charger when you don't use it, it will allow you to get a fully charged mouse all the time!

Has anyone's Mobee Magic Charger burned out?
Mobee is less than 2 months old. Message popped up on my screen to say that one of my USB ports was being overloaded. Noticed a strong burning smell - Mobee was USB'd to my Mac. Now have brown burned patch and cracks on charger-facing side.

The charger comes with a batterie pack. Inside the pack are 2 NiMH batteries. The NiMH battery specification tells that 1.2V (chemical reason) are offered. Thus the batterie pack has a nominal power of 2.4V. This is sufficient for the mouse.
