Will this work with the the iPod touch 4th generation?

since it has bluetooth and I see that it is compatible with the iPhone 4.

    Hi,
    I was successful able to pair the headset with the ipod touch 4g. earlier i had issues in paring, but after calling apple support i clicked the forget this device and i tried to re pair and it worked. IF it asks for the pin then i will pair successfully
