Since the bottom of the laptop gets warm is there any chance the cover could melt?

    I have one of these,and while the Macbook Pro is on it does get hot, but there's no way that it will melt the case, I've had mine for a year and it's still fighting-fit!
    Definitely recommend this protects the body of the Mac very well, extremely good investment,

  • The bottom actually has a venting system where there are small holes in it to let the heat escape. It is a very nice feature.
