My Macbook is almost full so i am looking for something 2 free up space would this be good for all my itunes and movies to be stored on?

    Yes - i personally use this drive for exactly that purpose and it is fast and very effective.

    If you want to put your entire iTunes library on the drive, there are plenty of online tutorials - google 'iTunes library on external hard drive mac'
