Is this earphone waterproof?

Can I wash this earphone in water after I finished a workout? or If I perspire too much and some sweat went on the earphones will it still be ok?

    I sweat tons during cardio and I've never had an issue. The reason I purchased these was because of the waterproof factor. I tend to forget about my headphones and they end up in the wash. I recently washed this particular pair and I thought they were going to be dead, BUT they even survived the washer and dryer.
