i have a mac pro from usa does this plug work

i bought a mac pro in the us last week have the travel adapter but would like to now if i can use something more permanent.

  • This product is not suitable - the MagSafe Power Adapters are for Apple portable machines (from the MacBook range). The Mac Pro is a desktop machine which uses a simple cable to connect directly to the mains for power.
